ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS/POSTAGES

TO ORDER/PURCHASE

1. Most older, or higher priced items have been scanned and images provided to view. They also have "Paypal purchase" buttons for quick credit/debit card payment using Paypal/ Paypal shopping cart.

2. Lower value, or more recent items may simply list the item and the price, but have no images or "paypal purchase" buttons. If you want to purchase any of these items simply send an e-mail to us at comicsmagazines@aol.com stating your items of interest. An invoice for the goods will be sent to you via e-mail or Paypal.

PAYMENT TERMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £10.

1. All card payment orders are by PAYPAL using the Paypal shopping cart on this website. You must have your card registered with Paypal to make card payment as we have no direct means of processing your credit/debit card.

2. If you are not registered with Paypal and are U.K. based, then you can still make arrangements to pay by UK cheque.

3. Overseas payments are by PAYPAL only.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS WILL STILL BE CHARGED POSTAGE & HANDLING COSTS, SO PLEASE CHECK WITH US FOR POSTAGE PRICES IF NEEDED BEFORE YOU ORDER, OR ASK FOR POSTS TO BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER. POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE E MAILED AS A SEPARATE PAYPAL INVOICE. OVERSEAS POSTAGES WILL BE WORKED OUT BY DEDUCTING THE U.K. POST INCLUSIVE ELEMENT FROM YOUR ORDER AND INVOICING FOR THE BALANCE DUE TO FOR OVERSEAS DELIVERY.

BEANO SUMMER SPECIALS
DC Thomson used to publish large format summer specials . This one (like most of )them is roughly 10 x 13 inches in size. They are all difficult to find nowadays (more difficult than the annual of the same year in most cases).
Finding them in good grade is always difficult as they have frequently been folded in half at the newsagents or for delivery.
For some reason DC Thomson did not put the date on the cover of these comics.
What always made these comics nice (apart from the larger size) was the fact that about half the strips were in full colour.

This copy has not nbeen folded. Apart from a few small cover nicks, small edge splits and little foldbacks at the edges and corners of the cover and some pages this is a nice clean and tight copy of a hard to find comic.
There are a few little chips out of the cover on the opening edge
There is a 1970 copyright date inside.

This copy has not nbeen folded. Apart from a few small cover nicks, small edge splits and little foldbacks at the edges and corners of the cover and some pages this is a nice clean and tight copy of a hard to find comic.
There is a bit of staple area damage to this one and a little bit of the back cover at bottom of spine area has split and folded back a bit. Cover crease at top right corner
There is a 1971 copyright date inside.
