490 pages plus forward. 4 plates (all there). History of the game, how to play, tactics etc. A nice clean copy in green cloth boards. The main damage is that pages 345 to 352 have been dented at one point on the upper outside edge at some time damaging them at this point for about 1/4 of an inch. A classic book on the sport that does not turn up too often these days. A little rubbing wear at edges of boards (mainly top/bottom of spine).
